McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release technique

Scar tissue may cause pain or discomfort, interrupt energy flow, prevent full resolution or healing after surgery for some conditions, and more..

Who is this for?

It is chiefly applied for any scarring due to surgical intervention – even from decades ago. Yes, it can be extremely effective for long or short term scarring such as

  • Caesarian section scars

  • Hysterectomy scars

  • Spinal surgery scars

  • Trauma scars such as those typically found on the knee

  • Head wound scars

  • Burns scars

  • Mastectomy scars etc….

Symptoms associated with scar tissue

  • Numbness or desensitisation in or around the area of the scar

  • Pain

  • Feeling of disconnection between lower and upper body (especially C-section scars)

  • Hypersensitivity

  • Physical appearance of scar may be pale/white, red and ‘angry’, raised

Treatment typically takes about 10 minutes per scar and usually no more than 2 or 3 treatments are required for best outcome. Some very large and deep scars may take a few extra sessions for best results.

"Many or all of these symptoms can change dramatically with one application… even after decades."
